really good city stay
perfect service ample space thoughtful surprises
I must express my gratitude for the perfect service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, showed genuine care and attention.. the room was a great size and had ample space to relax after exploring. i appreciated the thoughtful surprises provided. These little touches added a personal warmth to the visit. we will stay here again for sure.
the air conditioning unit in the room did not function as expected. despite setting it to a lower temperature, the room remained quite warm during the night. this made sleeping somewhat difficult.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of items, including fresh pastries and fruits, alongside hot dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages. The coffee machine made very nice cappuccinos. the restaurant's panoramic views added to the experience.

The proximity to the city center allowed easy access to major attractions via a short walk. Public transportation options are available right outside the hotel. a tram stop is just steps from the entrance to the premises.

A Tender Stay Amongst City Dreams
amazing location friendly staff nice view
The location offered close proximity to the main attractions. I could easily walk to many museums and explore charming city spots. My double room terrace had a nice view. I recall the staff being friendly, they quickly attended to my needs.
I found the elevators a bit small, which caused minor wait at peak hours. it barely detracted from my dreamy experience.

The hotel features a modern fitness center, it includes three treadmills and several stationary bikes. A business center offers computers. printing services were helpful. High-speed wifi was available throughout the building.

The reception staff provided efficient assistance with check-in and check-out processes. Daily housekeeping ensured my room remained clean, fresh towels were provided each day.

The breakfast buffet had hot and cold options, and i recall fresh pastries. The on-site restaurant offers a menu, with international cuisines, that i adored. The hotel bar features local wines. A pianist played gently.

My double room included a king-sized bed. Soft linens made sleeping sweet. The bathroom had a rainfall shower, i found it wonderful. A spacious work desk sat near the window, sun gently warming it.

My room included a refrigerator. A big shower head was in the shower room. I enjoyed free coffee and cakes in the afternoon too.
The elevator seemed a little small to me.

nearby supermarket large park walkable distance
i had a single room. it had a terrace so i was lucky. the city's main attractions were within walking distance. there was a supermarket nearby and a large park.
The lift was very small. I am not sure if more than two people with luggage could fit.

A decent experience

The hotel's location proved convenient. It allowed quick access to several key areas of the city. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and cake offered in the afternoon (such a nice touch!). The staff I encountered was generally polite.
I found the air conditioning in my room to be quite weak. This made the room uncomfortable especially considering the weather. The shutter electronics were also broken. They were completely inoperable. I found this disappointing, given the price.

amazing views and warm staff
warm staff central facilities good breakfast
i was charmed by the warm staff. facilities are centrally located this hotel offers a good standard. breakfast was very good and the cleanliness deserves praise i found everything super clean.
i noticed a slight issue with the lifts they were surprisingly small. i think a larger lift would better accommodate guests with luggage or families.

the breakfast buffet presented a wide array of choices including fresh pastries, local cheeses and hot dishes. the dining area on the 12th floor has luxury décor it also offers a fantastic view of the city i really enjoyed.

the room i had was spacious and clean it was equipped with a mini fridge and a safe. the beds were super comfy ensuring a restful sleep and the modern bathroom included all essentials and good water pressure in the shower.
